  1. These terms and conditions are applicable to the existing and eligible customers.
  2. The web application is owned by BinS Computer.
  3. Business Requirement should be submitted before any development.
  4. Any changes will be done through change request management.
  5. For additional support for technical and operational, prior intimation should be there.
  6. The web development charges vary from 5000 to 75000 depending upon the requirement
  7. Payment should be paid by Cheque or NEFT in favour of BinS Computer
  8. The refund of the payment will be done via Cheque or NEFT after due diligence
  9. Details of mobile number and your email ID provided by you, authorize us to send you any reminder or information with respect to service availed by you and your team.
  10. You are not authorized to post any commercial communications such as spam on portal
  11. You are not allowed to post any personal or community based on race, nationality, gender, sex or ethnicity etc. while uploading any content on our website
  12. Deactivating your account puts your account on hold.
  13. If BinS Computer change privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our website User will be aware
  14. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective when they are posted or communicated to the concern person / team / group via mail over registered mail id.
  15. While advertising, any product or services on BinS Computer, you declare that you agree with the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Ensure that you have all the right to put the content as advertisement.
  16. BinS Computer may reject or remove any content / advertisement for any reason
  17. If anyone claim against BinS Computer related to your actions, content or information on our website, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.
